Welcome to Haulistic, operated by VECTORSCALE LABS PRIVATE LIMITED. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Platform refers to the Haulistic website, dashboard application, storefronts, and associated services. Seller refers to users who register to sell products through the platform. Customer refers to users who purchase products from sellers.

Users must provide accurate information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. Sellers are responsible for keeping business, product, and Instagram details accurate and up to date.

Users agree to use Haulistic in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, inventory, policy pages, and fulfillment of customer orders.

Payments are facilitated by third-party payment processors. Sellers are responsible for payment disputes, order accuracy, fulfillment, shipping, and customer support related to their products.

VECTORSCALE LABS PRIVATE LIMITED owns all rights to the Haulistic platform, including software, design, content, and trademarks. Users may not copy or misuse platform assets without permission.

The platform is provided as is. VECTORSCALE LABS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
