Data Deletion Policy

Disconnecting Instagram removes the account connection. Products and images already imported into your catalog are managed separately; include imported catalog data in a deletion request if you want that data removed. We will verify manual deletion requests and complete deletion within 7 working days, unless we are required to retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup retention.

Haulistic lets merchants connect Instagram to link Reels or Posts to products and create product drafts. We store media URLs and metadata for the connection. If you choose to import products, selected images may be copied to product storage and selected content processed by our AI service providers to generate the draft.

To remove the Instagram account connection, sign in to Haulistic, go to Dashboard > Instagram > Settings, and click Disconnect. Products and images already imported into your catalog are not automatically removed by disconnecting. To request deletion of connection records or imported catalog data, use the manual deletion process below.

To request deletion, email admin@vectorscalelabs.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the details below. We will verify the request and complete deletion within 7 working days, unless we are required to retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup retention.

If you deactivate your Haulistic account, account data including products, orders, settings, and connected integrations will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
