Data Deletion Policy

Disconnecting Instagram from your dashboard deletes Instagram data obtained through Meta APIs from our systems within 24 hours. Manual deletion requests for other account data are completed within 7 working days after verification.

Haulistic lets users connect Instagram to link Reels or Posts to products. We do not store or download Instagram media content. We store temporary media URLs and minimal metadata required to link posts to products.

To delete Instagram data, sign in to Haulistic, go to Dashboard > Instagram > Settings, and click Disconnect. After disconnection, Instagram account data obtained through Meta APIs is permanently deleted within 24 hours.

To delete other data submitted to Haulistic, email jeevan@haulistic.io with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include your Haulistic account email address, Instagram username if applicable, and a brief statement requesting deletion.

If you deactivate your Haulistic account, account data including products, orders, settings, and connected integrations will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
