Refund and Cancellation Policy

Haulistic aims to provide a clear and smooth subscription experience. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for monthly subscription services.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly subscription by contacting support@haulistic.io. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and access continues until that period ends.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for eligible monthly subscription cancellations requested within 10 days after payment and on or before the 20th of the current month. Cancellations after the 20th will not be refunded for the current month but will stop renewal in the next cycle.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact support@haulistic.io. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Service Disruption
For qualifying service disruptions, Haulistic may offer prorated refunds. If there is a severe disruption lasting more than three consecutive days, we may refund the affected monthly subscription fee.
