Haulistic Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how VECTORSCALE LABS PRIVATE LIMITED collects, uses, and protects personal information through Haulistic. By using the platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, and payment information when you register, sell products, or make purchases through the platform.

For sellers, we collect business information such as Instagram account details, product listings, inventory, storefront settings, and transaction history. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, browser type, IP address, and actions taken within the dashboard.

We use personal and business information to provide services, manage product listings, facilitate payments, support delivery workflows, improve security, enhance the user experience, and send service or marketing communications where permitted.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, process payments, analyze data, send notifications, or provide support. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Haulistic enables users to connect Instagram to link Reels or Posts to products. We do not store or download Instagram media files. We store temporary media URLs and minimal metadata needed to link posts to products. If a user disconnects Instagram, Instagram data obtained through Meta APIs is deleted from our systems within 24 hours.

To delete Instagram data, disconnect Instagram from Dashboard > Instagram > Settings. To request deletion of account or business data, email jeevan@haulistic.io with the subject Data Deletion Request. We complete verified deletion requests within 7 working days, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
