Offer a one-time project, ongoing services, or both. Agree scope and fees directly with your client. The merchant owns its account, domain, and business data, and remains free to choose its service provider.

Lifetime means no 12-month cutoff.

Your qualifying share continues while the attributed store generates eligible paid revenue, even if your service agreement ends. The percentage and duration are recorded at first paid activation.

Earn on collected platform fees.

Your 25% is calculated after discounts, credits, and refunds, excluding GST. It is not a share of the client’s sales. Haulistic bears gateway charges without deducting them from the commission base.

Monthly statements and payouts.

Eligible monthly collections are paid within 30 days of month-end, subject to current identity, bank, and tax documentation and applicable withholding. Client attribution must be confirmed before implementation.

Can anyone sign up?

The programme is currently invite-only. Agencies, designers, freelancers, and implementation partners can request an invitation. A request does not create a partner account or grant access. We’ll contact you after reviewing it.

Is there a joining fee or an exclusivity requirement?

Participation is free and non-exclusive. You can continue working with other platforms and set your own service prices and packages.

What does 25% lifetime revenue share mean?

You earn 25% of eligible Haulistic subscription and order fees actually collected from an attributed store, after discounts, credits, and refunds, excluding GST. It is a share of platform fees, not the client’s sales. It continues while the store generates eligible paid revenue, with no 12-month cutoff. Earnings pause when paid revenue stops and resume if that same attributed store resumes.

Which client stores qualify?

New Haulistic customers you bring onto the platform and implement, including migrations, can qualify. Register the client and receive attribution confirmation before implementation and paid activation. Taking over an existing Haulistic customer requires a separate agreement before work starts. Each store has one earning partner; the share is not stacked with another referral commission on the same revenue.

What happens if the client changes service provider?

The merchant owns its account, domain, and business data and is free to change providers. Your qualifying platform share continues even if your service agreement ends. A change of provider does not automatically transfer attribution.

When are payouts made?

Eligible fees collected during a month are paid within 30 days of month-end, subject to required identity, bank, and tax documentation and applicable statutory withholding. Unpaid fees earn no commission; refunds and credits adjust a later statement. Missing or outdated documents can pause payouts until verification, without cancelling earned eligible commission.

Do I need to sell a monthly retainer?

No. Offer a one-time implementation, ongoing support, or both. You keep your service fees, separately from the platform share. Partners use their own ChatGPT or Claude accounts, with those accounts’ usage limits.
